Writing & reflections
Paying attention to the life we are already living.
Essays on queer life, intimacy, faith, belonging, grief, place, and ordinary life.

What I write about
Notes from the threshold.
Writing lets me follow questions beyond clinical work or a keynote. I return often to belonging, embodiment, grief, desire, place, and what it means to live without forcing ourselves into false choices.
The essays are personal without becoming confessional for its own sake. They are an invitation to notice what is shaping us and to ask how we might live with more honesty, tenderness, and courage.
- Holding two truths
- Thresholds and becoming
- The practice of being human
- Humane leadership
- Queer life, identity, and belonging
Field notes
Written from the places where life refuses a simple answer.
These essays begin with attention: to landscape, memory, faith, the body, and the small human moments that ask us to become more honest.
